Dear Music Lover,

For the fourth time I will be organising the International Music Course in Vught. It is with a great deal of pride that I am again able to present a list of teachers-musicians exclusively of international stature. Together we invite you to a captivating and intensive music week.

The course will take place in "Huize Bergen" in Vught (NL), (www.huizebergen.nl), in the immediate vicinity of the city of 's-Hertogenbosch. These pleasant and attractive facilities offer spacious classrooms, twin-bedded rooms, a good restaurant and excellent recreational facilities in the immediate vicinity. During this week we will work intensively on musicality, technique, performance practice, chamber music and stage presentation.

In order to start this week in a pleasant atmosphere, we invite you, on August 8th 2009 at 18:00 h, to the opening concert of this festival, given by the teachers. As a festive closing ceremony we organize a final concert on August 15th, given by the participants themselves.

I do hope that a lot of young musicians will make use of the possibillity of getting aquainted with these teachers and musicians of a high international level. Not only the individual lessons will be extremely rewarding, but I can also recommend the chamber music lessons, the attending of lessons of other teachers and the concerts. I'm really looking forward to seeing you in August!
